group-pick static/rocket/group-pick.js — the pick-or-make input for the light vocabularies (brand families, supplier families, reporting categories). The pick is a TAG in the field. Focus shows the WHOLE list; typing filters it; a typed word must match a row (Enter picks the highlighted match, never the word); a word matching nothing shows No match and an Add row — added from the list, on purpose; the pencil renames a row in place; every row carries its delete, disabled while the group is in use. Behavior only: rows and their actions are the server's.
Brand family Three in use (undeletable), one free. The pick is a tag; a typed word must match a row — a new one is added from the list; the pencil renames in place.
